Hello 🖤 I am a developmental, childhood, complex, religious abuse, sexual abuse trauma survivor. This blog gives me an outlet to use my voice and to share HOW I went from severely traumatized to redeemed, which is still a work in progress! Many years ago, I got the strong nudge to share my story in this way. It took me a long time to find my way here, but that aching wasn’t going to subside until I did. I was made for this.

When I am not writing, I am probably studying an aspect of psychology, or browsing thrift stores. I am a single mom and live in a Suburb just outside of Los Angeles with my two [big] kids, our Golden Retriever, Ozo, and three cats, Kaz, Uma, and Blu.
